Registration
You may register for Alumni Reunion Weekend by clicking on the Registration tab above. Click here to download a copy of the Registration Brochure.
It is recommended that you register online if you are purchasing tickets for the American Ballet Theatre, New York Philharmonic, Broadway shows or going on the Chelsea Art Gallery Crawl. Availability is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Register before Monday, May 4, 2009, and receive 10% off your registration, excluding tickets to American Ballet Theatre, New York Philharmonic and Broadway shows.
Confirmation
Upon receiving your registration materials, the Alumni Office will mail or e-mail you a confirmation letter indicating the events you have selected. You should receive this within two weeks.
For those registering after Monday, May 18, confirmation materials will be e-mailed and also available at the registration desk.
Cancellation
A full refund will be granted only if you cancel by Monday, May 18. Between Tuesday, May 19-Thursday, May 28, a 50 percent refund will be granted. After May 28, no refund will be granted.
Lodging
Housing is available at Carman Hall (located on 114th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam and adjacent to Alfred Lerner Hall) for $105 per night for a room and $210 per night for a suite. This is dormitory-style housing.

Parking
Parking is available in two campus garages on a first-come, first-served basis each day. Parking passes will be mailed or e-mailed to all registrants with their confirmation letter. If you register after Monday, May 18, you will be sent the parking pass via e-mail only, or you may obtain one at the Alumni Reunion Weekend registration desk in Alfred Lerner Hall. Dodge Fitness Center
The Dodge Fitness Center will be open to Columbia College alumni on Friday, June 5, and Saturday, June 6, from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Access to the track, basketball and squash courts, weight rooms, exercise machines and pool is granted with a ticket available at registration in Alfred Lerner Hall throughout the weekend. Venues/Locations
Locations are subject to change. A final schedule will be provided to you at registration at Alfred Lerner Hall. For events with bus transportation, departure times also will be available at registration.
Class Photos
Photos will be taken during class dinners on Saturday, June 6. If you wish to appear in the photo, please arrive by 6:30 p.m. An additional photo for the Classes of 1944, 1949 and 1954 will be taken during lunch on Saturday.

Attire
Casual dress is suggested for daytime activities. Business attire is recommended for class dinners.
Changing Rooms
On-campus rooms will be available on Saturday, June 6, for participants. Please visit the registration desk in Alfred Lerner Hall for more information.
Dietary Restrictions
Vegetarian meals always are available and special arrangements are not necessary. Kosher and vegan meals cannot be guaranteed if arrangements are not made by Monday, May 18.

Should you require assistance during your campus visit, we will be pleased to help with accommodations. However, to ensure that your needs are met, please contact us by Monday, May 18, to secure the necessary arrangements. Families Welcome
A trip to New York or a visit to the campus can be an exciting experience for all family members. Look for the “child-friendly” symbol as you review the program of events for programming that is appropriate for children ages 3–12.
Camp Columbia for Kids
Camp Columbia provides a full day of children’s programming on Saturday, June 6 from 9:30 a.m.–10 p.m. Supervised activities and meals for children ages 3–12 will be provided. If you would like more personal childcare or childcare during times not covered by "Camp Columbia," our children's program, we are glad to provide you with the information on the following two options. Arrangements are made directly with the Barnard Babysitting Agency or Sittercity.

Columbia Alumni Center
