It is recommended that you register online if you are purchasing theater tickets or going on the Chelsea Art Gallery Tour. Availability is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. ConfirmationUpon receiving your registration materials, the Alumni Office will mail you a confirmation letter indicating the events you have selected. You should receive this within two weeks. For those registering after Monday, May 12, you confirmation materials will be available at the registration desk. CancellationA full refund will be granted only if you cancel by Monday, May 12. Between May 13–27, a 50 percent refund will be granted. After May 27, no refund will be granted. LodgingThank you for your interest in staying in Carman Hall during Alumni Reunion Weekend. Unfortunately, Carman Hall is full and we will not be able to accommodate any additional guests at this time. Dodge Fitness CenterThe Dodge Fitness Center will be open to alumni on Friday, May 30, and Saturday, May 31, from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Access to the track, basketball and squash courts, weight rooms, exercise machines and pool will be granted with the ticket in your Alumni Reunion Weekend packet available at check-in at Alfred Lerner Hall throughout the weekend. Venues/LocationsLocations are subject to change, so all participants are encouraged to make registration in Alfred Lerner Hall their first stop on campus for updated information. Class PhotosPhotos will be taken during class dinners on Saturday, May 31. If you wish to appear in the photo, please arrive at 6:30 p.m. The photo for the Classes of 1943 and 1953 will be taken during lunch on Saturday. |
AttireCasual dress is suggested for daytime activities. Business attire is recommended for class dinners.
